If you get the following error on Android mode please perform the steps mentioned below:


Step 1 : Press the home button on the OneScreen or OneScreen Remote to access the Android interface.

Step 2 : Press the Settings icon

Step 3:  Under common function scroll down and click on Factory Reset. 

Step 4:  Perform a factory reset. Once the OneScreen is restarted the Google Play Services will function normally.


Note: This will delete all the existing applications installed on the Android interface prior to the factory reset.
