Wall Mount:
For mounting the unit, check the integrity of the wall, whether it can endure the load of the unit. After that, clean the surface on which the unit is to be installed. Make sure your technician has the proper tools to install the wall mount (these include screws, washers, drill machine, screwdriver etc.)
Follow the steps given below:
- At least two persons are required to lift the screen.
- Hang the Horizontal mount with a sufficient number of screws.
- Check the level of the mount and make sure that it is properly adjusted.
- Attach and screw the mounting arms on the back side of unit properly, make sure that screws do not damage the screen.
- Hang the screen with the help of others and make sure that the mounting arms properly align and fix themselves on the mount.
- Make sure that spacing between wall and screen is 5 cm or more for proper ventilation.
- Finally, place a little force downward and sidewise to check whether the mount withstands the forces.
Note: The VESA mount patterns for our different units are as follows. It is recommended that you reinforce the wall to bear the load of the unit.
- The VESA mount pattern for the 55" unit is 400 x 400 and the unit weighs 107 lbs.
- The VESA mount pattern for the 65" unit is 400 x 400 and the unit weighs 143 lbs.
- The VESA mount pattern for the 75" unit is 600 x 400 and the unit weighs 165 lbs.
- The VESA mount pattern for the 84" unit is 600 x 400 and the unit weighs 235 lbs.
- The VESA mount pattern for the 98" unit is 600 x 400 and the unit weighs 397 lbs.

From the remote controller of Onescreen press source button. Source menu will appear as shown below.
Use directional buttons from the remote controller or directly select the source you want to use by touching on to its icon.
Android Mode:

Swipe up from bottom center to open the Android assistive menu. Picture below shows the menu with its corresponding functions.

The picture below shows all the default applications installed in the android mode. They can be accessed by simply touching on their icons.
More applications can be installed by going to the Play store.
4. Connecting an External PC
To connect an external PC, please use the HDMI or VGA cable and the USB touch cable (as shown in What’s Included).
Connect the USB Dongle to your PC, which will allow you to use the unit wirelessly. The USB dongle is located in the keyboard battery compartment, please take it out and plug it in your computer/laptop.
Connect one end of the HDMI or VGA cable to your laptop and the other end to one of the corresponding ports on the OneScreen Touchscreen. If you are connecting the VGA cable, please also use the AUX cable to transfer audio.
Connect the standard USB end of the USB Touch Cable to your laptop and the other end to the port shown below on the OneScreen Touchscreen.
5. Connecting to the Internet
- Open up the settings by selecting the settings icon from the Home screen.
2. Scroll down to Network and equipment tab. Make sure WIFI is turned on. A list of WIFI network available will appear. Select your WIFI connection.
EShare for Android
Please ensure your Android device is connected to the same network with OneScreen, launch "EShareServer" on the OneScreen, scan the QR code or visit the client download website, download and install "EShare for Android".
After the installation is completed, launch EShare on your android mobile device, and it will search for the OneScreen device in the same network automatically. Then click on the device name which you want to connect to in the device list.
Click on any file (including music, video, picture, office document, PDF, e-book, and so on) on your android phone or pad, then it will be played or showed on your OneScreen.
Click on the “Mirroring” button in EShare, the screen will be mirrored to your OneScreen. EShare integrated annotation pen in the wireless mirroring function. After the mirroring mode is started, the pen will appear on the top right of the screen.
With "TV Mirror" feature you can mirror the screen of the OneScreen to android device and touch directly to control it, just like you are touching on your OneScreen. Click the button on the right side to open the toolbar, as shown in the following diagram.
You can use your phone as a touch mouse, air mouse, keyboard, touchpad and remote controller of the OneScreen.
Use the camera of your mobile phone as the wireless camera of OneScreen.
Share files to the OneScreen via EShare from other Apps.

External PC:
Connecting external computer/laptop to OneScreen
To connect an external PC, please use the HDMI or VGA cable and the USB touch cable (as shown in What’s Included).

Display settings
- Press the Menu button from the OneScreen remote or front buttons
- Under Picture scroll down to Display mode ( As shown in the diagram below )
- Change the Display mode to P2P ( As shown in the diagram below )
- Change the Windows 10 display resolution to 1920 x 1080 and set the zoom to 100% on an external laptop or onboard pc.
Setting up touch cable for H4 model
Connect the touch USB cable (USB A-B type) between the Touchscreen and the laptop/computer. Below is an image of the touch USB cable and the port it has to be connected to.
USB A-B type Port (Is located at the bottom left of the OneScreen TSCRN-4 models). Port 4 in the diagram above is the Touch USB port.
Setting up touch cable for H3 model
Connect the touch USB cable (USB A-A type) to the Touchscreen and the laptop/computer. Below is an image of the touch USB cable and the port it has to be connected to.
USB A-A type Touch Port is port 23 as shown in the diagram below.

Changing language from to English after factory Reset / Firmware Update
Once you factory reset and turn on the OneScreen, the following menu will appear in Chinese.
From the menu scroll to the top and select English and then select start as shown in the picture below.
