If you are not able to view some tools in the tools menu or they appear greyed out please perform the following troubleshooting steps below.
Troubleshooting
From the OneScreen Annotate software go to preferences under the settings tab. Then select Plug-ins tab. Following window will appear.
Select Install New Plugins.
Select the tool plugin you want to install and select open.
