How to Setup Pin code on Eshare 


1. Open up the EShare application on your OneScreen. You should see the interface:



2. Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right of the screen

 


3. Tap on Connection Mode to bring up the dropdown menu 

 


4. Select PIN Code (6 digits) or PIN Code (8 characters)



 
5. Click on PIN Code Refreshing Interval to select the time after which the PIN code should change to another random PIN Code. The interval can be set-up from a minimum of 10 minutes to a maximum of 1 day





6. Disable the PIN Code Floating Window option to prevent the PIN Code from showing up on the screen




Now, only those users will be allowed to share their screen on the OneScreen Panel, who input the correct PIN Code before sharing the screen.

 

How to turn off Screen Sharing through Apple Screen Mirroring and Chromecast


1. To turn off the Screen sharing via Apple Screen Mirroring turn off the AirPlay Visible Toggle Button.



2. To turn off Screen sharing via Chromecast turn off the Chromecast Toggle Button.

 

Moderator Control Center


1. Tap on the Person icon to access the Moderator Control Center



2. Tap on Share Screen or File:

  • All allowed: All the users can Share Screen or File
  • Need Authorization: Users given authorization from the OneScreen can Share Screen or File
  • Disable: No user can Share Screen or File


Tap on Need Authorization to prevent users from sharing their screen or file without your authorization.

      


3. Tap on View, Control and Wirelessly Annotate:

  • All allowed: All the users can View, Control and Wirelessly Annotate
  • View only: Users can view the OneScreen but can’t Control and Wirelessly Annotate
  • Need Authorization: Users given authorization from the OneScreen can View, Control and Wirelessly Annotate 
  • Disable: No user can View, Control and Wirelessly Annotate


Tap on Need Authorization to prevent users from Controlling and Wirelessly Annotating without your authorization.



4. Tap on Floating Moderator Button:

  • Always Display: Floating Moderator Button will be displayed on the screen at all times
  • Only on the Home screen: Floating Moderator Button will be displayed on the home screen
  • Disable: Floating Moderator Button will not be displayed on the screen
  • Auto: Floating Moderator Button will be displayed when a device is connected



5. Tap on the icon to prevent the user from Viewing, Controlling and Wirelessly Annotating through their device.

 

6. Tap on the icon to Disconnect the Users device from the OneScreen.
