How to upload survey QR code on the GoSafe device

Step 1: Open the “survey listing” tab on Prescreen:

Step 2: Download your company’s custom QR code by clicking on “Download QR Code”:

Step 3: Open the GoSafe Management Platform and go to Device management > device list:

Step 4: Click on the “details” icon in front of the device(s) you wish to upload the QR code on.

Step 5: Go to the device settings tab and scroll down to find the “Display Setting” heading.

Step 6: Click on upload and locate the QR code downloaded previously to upload it.

Note: Your QR code would’ve uploaded on the management console successfully (as shown below) and depending on your internet connection, the QR code will take somewhere between a few seconds to a few minutes to upload to the GoSafe device.
