OneScreen Accounts

Overview
OneScreen Account is a cloud-based user account that allows users to create and save customizations of their Touch Screen for a more personalized experience. It also allows integration with Google and Microsoft Cloud Drives for easier importing and exporting of files and folders. Using OneScreen Accounts, users can log into any L7, and have all their customizations and cloud drives sync instantly with the option to sign out anytime.
Instructions
Access OneScreen Accounts by pressing either:
- OneScreen Accounts Application
- The Profile icon on the top right corner of the Home Page.
1. Sign up options
1.1 Sign in by scanning the QR code
Step 1: Scan the QR code from any personal device to open the signup page on it.
Step 2: Press the URL to open up the Sign up page
Single-sign on: Press here to Sign up using a Google or Microsoft Account
Step 3: Press on Create one at the bottom of the page
Step 4: Fill your personal details and press Sign up
Step 5: Enter the verification code sent to the email address that was used to create the account
Once all the above steps have been completed, your OneScreen Account will be created.
1.2 Signing up from the L7
Press the icon below to switch to the option of signing up on the L7.
Step 1: Press Create one to create a OneScreen Account
Single-sign on: Press here to Sign up using a Google or Microsoft Account.
Step 2: Fill your personal details and press Sign up
Step 3: Enter the verification code sent to the email address that was used to create the account
2. Setting up the OneScreen Account
After creating the OneScreen Account, users have the option to customize and set up their account on the L7.
Step 1: Press Bind to connect a User or Public account.
Binding account(s) makes it easier to download or upload any file or folder from a Google Drive or OneDrive Account to the L7. Users can bind both their User Cloud Accounts and/or Public Cloud Account to their OneScreen Account.
User Cloud Accounts are accounts that are personal to the user whereas Public Cloud Accounts are accounts that are shared between multiple users, for example a common account that teams and staff use for shared resources such as lessons or reports.
Step 2: Press Add Account to add a cloud drive account.
Step 3: Select the type of account you wish to add, either Google Drive or OneDrive. Users can add both types of accounts if needed.
Step 4: Enter the email address and password.
Step 5: Press Allow to access Google Drive or OneDrive files.
Additional Note: If there are multiple accounts signed in, select an account where files are saved as default by pressing Set as default.
Step 6: Customize the Home Page with Applications and press Next.
Step 7: Customize the Home Page with Widgets of your choice and press Next.
Step 8: Choose the Wallpaper for the OneScreen and press Done.
Once all the above steps have been completed, the OneScreen Account will be created and setup.
3. Account Configuration and Personalization
Once logged in to your account, press the Profile icon to set up OneScreen Account.
3.1 Account authorize
1. Account connect: Press Bind to connect a cloud drive with OneScreen Account
2. Social login: Press Bind to connect a Google or Microsoft account with OneScreen Account
This way, users can directly log into their OneScreen Account by signing in with their Google or Microsoft Account’s credentials.
3.2 Data backup
Turn on the Toggle Button to backup data automatically to the chosen default account.
Data backup prevents loss of data by saving information and files in the case of human error, power outage, or a hardware and software failure.
1. Manage the storage space and location as per personal preference
2. Add a User account and a Public account for cloud storage

3.3 Account Personalization
Press Personalization > My Settings to manage the account further with options including changing wallpaper, screensaver, window control bar, and lock screen password among others.
3.4 Security
Press Security to configure your Security Settings:
1. Press Password to change the OneScreen Account password
2. Press Screen Lock to set a Screen Lock for the OneScreen

1.Press Legal information to access the Privacy Policy
2. Scan the QR code to fill out the Feedback form
3.6 Sync
Changes in settings, along with all other customizations done during a logged in session are synced automatically to the user’s OneScreen Account when they logout. However, to do a quick sync manually, press Sync on the OneScreen Account’s window.
3.7 Account Settings
Press Settings > Account Settings to change your OneScreen Account’s settings.
3.7.1 Profile
1. Press Username to change the username, region, or avatar.
2. Press Country to change the country
3. Press Language to change the language
4. Press the Icon to change the profile picture
3.7.2 Security
Press Modify Password to change the OneScreen Accounts password.
3.7.3 Integrations
1. Social login: Press Connect to connect a Google or Microsoft account with the logged in OneScreen Account
2. Cloud Drive: Press Connect to connect a cloud drive with the logged in OneScreen Account
3.7.4 Privacy
1. Access the User Agreement and Privacy Policy
2. Personalize Email preferences to receive News and Updates and Surveys and Feedback from the OneScreen Team
4. Sign out
Signing out from OneScreen Account desyncs the account data from the L7. It automatically signs out cloud drives and removes the customizations restoring the L7 to its default settings.
4.1 Signing out from the L7
Press Sign Out located on the top right to sign out of the OneScreen Account.
An alternative way of signing out of the OneScreen Account is to press the icon > Settings > Logout.
4.2 Signing out from personal device
Press Sign Out on a personal device to sign out of the OneScreen Account on the L7 if the user has signed in by scanning the QR code.
