Quick Start Guide
1. Introduction
Designed to revolutionize education and business experience, OneScreen 7 series is the 7th Generation of OneScreen’s Interactive Displays. It is also one of the first Google EDLA certified Interactive Displays in the market. Google EDLA provides the presence of Google Playstore on your panel, opening up countless possibilities such as:
- Seamless integration with Google tools
- Installing Google apps
- Single Sign-In for all Google apps
- Advanced device security through Google Play Protect service
The OneScreen 7 focuses on providing a personalized experience to teachers, students, and teams allowing users to create their personal profiles while ensuring the protection of their private data. OneScreen 7 also includes an NFC reader for swift and easy login. It is incorporated with easy-to-use screen sharing software and the most advanced interactive whiteboard helping users deliver engaging and innovative lessons and presentations.
Engineered and developed with high-end hardware, the 7 series is also bundled with various software solutions designed to redefine your teaching and learning experience.
2. OneScreen Installation
T7 and H7 can be installed on a wall through the wall mount that is shipped with the product or a mobile cart that can be additionally purchased. All installations should be handled by professionals. Refer to the additional guides shipped for detailed instructions on the installation and relevant safety precautions.
3. Powering ON your OneScreen T7
Follow the steps below to power on your OneScreen:
- Connect the power cable to the power inlet present at the bottom of your OneScreen.
- Turn on the rocker switch present right next to the power inlet.
- Press the power button on the bottom right of your OneScreen T7 to power on the screen
4. Using OPS PC with your OneScreen
The OPS PC (Open Pluggable Source) is a small computer that comes with H7 and can be used with your T7 (additional purchase) to access Windows functionality on your OneScreen without the need to connect a PC externally using cables.
Follow the steps below to set up the OPS PC on your OneScreen.
- Remove the OPS PC Plate cover on the right side of the panel.
- Slide the OPS PC into the OPS PC Slot. Please ensure that the OPS PC vents are facing outwards so the OPS may have proper ventilation during service.
- Press the Power Button labeled ‘PWR’ present next to the antenna ports of your OPS PC to power it on.
- Press the arrow button on the left or right side on your home screen to access the navigation toolbar.
- Press the ‘Source’ button from the toolbar.
- Press the ‘PC’ button to access the OPS PC input.
5. Registering your OneScreen 7 Series
Device registration is necessary for the activation of your OneScreen. The device registration page
appears when you boot your device for the first time. Follow the steps below to register your OneScreen:
- Press the ‘Register’ button on the Welcome Page.
- Select the language and click Start.
- The screen will then prompt you to connect to a Wi-Fi network. Select the network you want to connect with. Enter the Password and press Connect (more details can be found under section 6 “Connecting OneScreen with the Internet”).
- Click Next.
- Enter your Gmail account and click Next or just skip this step by pressing Skip.
- Enable or disable your desired Google Services. Scroll down and click Next.
- Set a pin for your OneScreen or press Skip.
- Select your Country and Region on the following pages.
- Fill in your Personal Details including your name, email, contact details, role, organization, zip code, and industry. This information helps us keep you updated about any software updates and feature additions.
- Select your preferred theme (light or dark).
- Press the ‘Finish’ button to exit the registration page.
6. Connecting OneScreen T7 with the Internet
You can connect your OneScreen to a Network through Wi-Fi or an Ethernet Cable.
6.1 Connecting via Wi-Fi
1. From the Homepage, swipe down from the top to access the Notification Bar.
2. Select Internet to see all available networks.
3. Select the network that you want to connect to.
4. Enter the Password and press Connect.
6.2 Connecting via Ethernet Cable
Connect your device to a network via ethernet by simply plugging in an ethernet cable into the LAN-In (RJ-45) Port located on the bottom of your OneScreen. Once you have the cable connected, you will be able to access the internet on your OneScreen.
7. Navigating through your OneScreen T7
7.1 OneScreen Homepage
The details of different icons on your homepage are mentioned below.
- OneScreen Account: Your personalized OneScreen profile containing all your data and files synced on the cloud that you can access on any OneScreen panel by simply signing in.
- Guru Button: Tap on it to reach out to the OneScreen GURU Team for live; instant support and training.
- Date & Time: Date and Time that can be set from your settings.
- Browser: Your OneScreen’s browser for surfing the web.
- One Key Operation: Shortcuts to privacy clear, switch to OPS, and shut down.
- Google Workspace: You can access all the Google apps that are pre-installed on your OneScreen.
- Navigation Toolbar: You can also press on the arrow buttons on the left/right side to access the navigation toolbar. This is discussed in more detail in the next section.
- Doc: Shortcut to the Settings, OneScreen Write, Source, Chrome, Google Play, and YouTube.
- My Apps: Your favorite apps according to your account settings that you can access by swiping up the Homepage.
7.2 Navigation Bar on your OneScreen T7
The details of different icons on your navigation toolbar are mentioned below.
- Back: This takes you to your previous window/app.
- Home: Takes you to the homepage of your OneScreen.
- Recent: To access all the applications running in the background of your OneScreen.
- Annotate: To use the On-Screen annotation tool for annotation over documents and different sources.
- Source: To access different sources like HDMI, OPS, etc.
- Apps: To access all the applications installed on your OneScreen.
- Write: Opens up OneScreen Write which is a powerful interactive annotation and whiteboard software providing users with an unparalleled experience for teaching, collaboration, document editing, presenting, and brainstorming ideas. - Volume: To adjust the volume of OneScreen.
- More: To access additional tools such as timer, stopwatch, spotlight, screen recorder, OneScreen Class etc.
8. Using NFC Reader on your OneScreen T7
You can use the NFC Card to login into your OneScreen Account by following the steps below:
1. Take the NFC card.
2. Place it in front of the NFC reader located on the front bottom of the OneScreen panel.
3. Make sure you hold the card upside down or horizontally for the reader to detect it.

9. Connecting your OneScreen T7 with other devices
9.1 Wired Connectivity
To connect your device with OneScreen T7 you can use either of the following methods:
9.1.1 HDMI Connection
- Connect your device and the OneScreen through HDMI Cable using the HDMI ports in the front or on the right side of the panel.
- Additionally connect the USB touch (USB-A to USB-B) cable between the two devices to have touch capability on the OneScreen.
- Once you have connected your device to the OneScreen, you will automatically get a preview of your devices on the Homepage.
- You can swipe left and right on the source preview window to switch between multiple connected sources.
9.1.2 USB-C Connection
- Connect your device and the OneScreen through USB-C cables using the USB-C port on the front or on the right side of the panel.
- This will give you touch capability as well.
- Once you have connected your device to OneScreen, you will automatically get a preview of your devices on the homepage.
- You can swipe left and right on the source preview window to switch between multiple connected sources.
- You can also use USB-C out port on the right side of the panel to mirror your OneScreen display on an external device such as a monitor and other interactive panels along with touch capability.
9.2 Wireless Connectivity – OneScreen Share
Use OneScreen Share to wirelessly share or mirror display with the OneScreen.
- Download OneScreen Share on the client device (the PC that you want to connect with the OneScreen) from our website (onescreensolutions.com/en/downloads).
- Open the OneScreen Share on the client device.
- Now, open OneScreen Share on your OneScreen.
- Note the password displayed on the screen and enter it in the Password Section of the Client App to establish the connection.
- On your PC, click on Screen Share to share your PC’s screen to the OneScreen.
- Click on Desktop Sync if you want the OneScreen’s display mirrored onto your PC while having full capability to control the OneScreen from your client app.

10. OneScreen Training
OneScreen offers free-of-cost virtual live training to all its users to ensure they can get the most out of

13.2 WEEE
This symbol affixed to the product or its packaging, indicates that the product must not be processed with household waste.
