If your OneScreen is not powering on kindly perform the following troubleshooting steps :
- Ensure the power cable is plugged from the OneScreen to the electrical socket. Check the power switch at the bottom of the screen and ensure it is turned on. ( Please refer to the diagram below )
- Check if a red / green light appears at the front of the screen.
If the OneScreen still does not turn on kindly perform step 3 and 4 below.
4. Turn the OneScreen on using the remote or the power button at the front of the OneScreen
Please find below the diagram for power socket and power button. Ensure the power socket is pressed towards 1.
