Not able to hear audio / video on OneScreen Hype

If you are not able to hear audio / video on OneScreen Hype please perform the following troubleshooting steps.


  1. Please ensure that your are using Google Chrome browser.
  2. Ensure that the correct microphone and camera is selected on OneScreen Hype device settings (please see the image below)
  3. Ensure the correct microphone and camera is set as default device in Windows.
