To Assign Control
Step 1a. Connect the call and after the other user connects, select share screen option.
Step 2a. After selecting the required screen share option, press the arrow icon on screen share icon.
Step 3a. Assign Control to the user of your choice.
Step 4a. Select Ok when the confirmation pop up appears.
To Accept Control
Step 1b. Select Ok when the confirmation pop up appears.
Step 2b. Select the monitor on the top right corner of the screen to gain control. When it turns green it is an indication that the user has control press it gain to leave control mode and the icon turns red again.
