Creating custom surveys on Prescreen

Step 1: Open the survey management tab on the Prescreen software.

 

 

Step 2: Click on the "Duplicate Survey" option present on the default survey.

 

Step 3: Rename it as per your requirement. After renaming, click on "Duplicate".

 

Step 4: You can edit the survey it by clicking on the small pencil icon present on the survey.

 

Step 5: You can edit each question in the survey by clicking on the small pencil icon present next to each question.

 

Step 6: Select the text and type to edit or change the question if necessary.

 

Step 7: Click on the small arrow to add an option to the answer. Select an option to mark it green (this will be the correct answer to your question.)

 

 

Step 8: Click on "Save" to save the changes you have made to the question.

 

Step 9: You can scroll down and add more questions to your survey. Type the question in the text box and add new options if necessary. Click on "add question" to add it in your survey.

 

Step 10: Once you have made all required changes to your survey, click on "Save" to save the changes.

 

 

Step 11: You can set your new survey as default by clicking on "set as default" option on the survey. Surveys can also be deleted by clicking on the "trash can" icon.
