If the OneScreen keyboard is not working please perform the following troubleshooting steps.
- Check the connectivity settings in the PC.
- Check for the batteries.
- Please refer to the diagrams below to find the usb dongle. It is located at the back of the keyboard. Check that the dongle is connected on the front side of the unit in the correct USB slot ( PC or Android ).
- Restart the system.
- Download and run Keyboard Unifying software. http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/unifying
