OneScreen Logitech Group not working

If your OneScreen Logitech Group is not working please perform the following troubleshooting steps :
  1. Check the connectivity settings in the desktop. 
  2. Conduct a power cycle. Disconnect all cables and devices from the OneScreen and leave it switched off for 20 mins. After 20 mins only connect the power cable to the OneScreen and turn it on.
  3. Check power supply to the hub.
  4. Check the cable connecting the hub to the camera. 
  5. Perform a firmware upgrade.
  6. Ensure the Logitech Group connections are as shown below .
