Management console not loading

If upon copying the server address on your Chrome URL the management console is not opening or is not found, then follow the following steps:

  • Open “Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security”
  • Click on “Inbound rules”, followed by “New Rule”

 

  • Choose “Ports”, then click on next


  • Replicate the settings as specified in the picture below and click on Next to allow inbound rules for the management console.

 




 

                 
 

 

  • Enter a name for the firewall exception and click “Finish”

  • Follow the same procedure for the outbound rules as well to ensure that the outbound port is also configured

NOTE: If the above troubleshooting does not work, restart the console. If the issue still persists then please have your network administrator open ports 9000, 7788 and 3307 both for inbound and outbound connections on your network.
