Please follow the steps below to enable server-based facial recognition:
- Open your management console. Go to system management > system settings.
- Enable the facial recognition option and disable employee/visitor sync in the system settings. Restart the console after this.
- Now, on your Gosafe device, please ensure that no employee data has been previously synced to the device. To ensure this, follow the instructions below:
- Connect a mouse to your Gosafe device.
- Press on the middle scrolling wheel and enter the device password (default password is 123456).
- Go to application settings > Application initialization > Ok. This would delete all your employee data on the device and would revert the device back to factory settings. Please connect the device back to the management console after this and reconfigure all the device settings.
- Also, ensure that your device is currently operating with stranger mode and stranger records on. For this, please open the management console and go to device management > device list > select the device > Go to body temperature test > Turn on the stranger mode and stranger records.
- Also, ensure that the setting has been replicated on the Gosafe device as well. To ensure this, follow the instructions below:
- Connect a mouse to your Gosafe device.
- Press on the middle scrolling wheel and enter the device password (default password is 123456).
- Go to applications settings > Body temperature test
- Enable stranger mode and stranger records option (If not already enabled).
Server base facial recognition is now enabled and is ready to be used.
NOTE: Once, the server-based facial recognition is enabled, the AI on your console will take some time to get trained on the data. Please leave the console running
