Device not connecting to Internet

If the GoSafe is unable to connect to the internet, the following troubleshooting steps should be followed:

  • Bring the device closer to your router and then check.
  • Create a mobile data hotspot and connect your GoSafe device to the hotspot. If your GoSafe device is connecting to the mobile data hotspot, then please have your network administrator whitelist the device on your network and try again.
