In case the settings of the GoSafe device revert back to the default settings. First of all, make sure that the most up to date application versions have been installed on the GoSafe device:
- The latest application for the GS-1(Q) is 2.5.1.0.8.15
- The latest application for the GS-1(R) is 2.5.0.0.1.17
- The latest application for the GS-1(Q) Pro is 2.5.1.0.9.0V2.5.1.0.9.0
The application versions can be seen in the application information settings in the GoSafe vice.
NOTE: If the latest application is installed in the GoSafe device, make sure that the settings on the management console and the device itself are the same.
