1. Close the GoSafe Management Platform by right-clicking on the GoSafe icon in the system tray.
2. Go to the following file location:
My PC > C > Users > [UserName] > Appdata > Roaming > OneScreen GoSafe
3. Run the deleteUnusedImages.bat file as administrator.
Note: The Username will be the user on which the Management Platform is installed.
4. Restart the Management Platform.
5. Scan the employee/visitor on the GoSafe device and check the Real-time monitoring inside the Management Platform to confirm that the issue has been resolved and the employee/visitor’s real name is being displayed.
